Judge Reschedules Trial for American Idol Finalist
American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra is in rehab at the moment, the excuse for the postponing of her trial date. Sierra was charged with hitting a man on the head with a glass, as well as drug charges.
The battery and drug charges got Sierra arrested on April 29, but now the trial is being postponed. Sierra,21, is accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass at a Tampa nightspot in April, police said.
Officers also found a small amount of cocaine while searching her person before booking her at the county jail. Sierra has pleaded not guilty to both of these charges.
She now remains in rehab for problems that neither her or her publicist will discuss.
