Stop Buying Amy Winehouse’s Records
“Stop buying Amy Winheouse’s records!” said her father-in-law who is absolutely fed up with her drug and alcohol addictions. Her husband’s father, Fielder Civil wants fans to stop buying her records in hopes that this will force her to get some help for her addictions.
Fielder Civil says that both Amy and her husband are in serious denial in regards to their drug problems and he hopes to get his words across in order to help them.
“I think they believe they are recreational users of drugs and they are in control,” Fielder-Civil told British Broadcasting Corp. radio. “Clearly they are addicts.”
He believes that if people were really her fans they would do something about it to help her (stop buying her records). Amy has been dealing with serious drug and alcohol issues although she is only 23.
Winehouse’s father doesn’t necessarily agree, and believes that such a boycott wouldn’t really work: “There’s only one way out of this, and anyone with drug experience will tell you, the only way out is not sectioning them, not locking them up. at some point they are going to reach rock bottom, and at that point they will say, ‘I don’t want to do that any more.”
Concern for the singer’s health started when she was admitted to the hospital for exhaustion and spent a short time at a rehab facility. Since then, she has canceled a British tour as well as numerous U.S. concerts.

Well it is quite apparent the leech sucking who sucking Amy’s life away, is her loser husband. It is too bad, like all battered women before her,she (Amy) is not strong enough to know when it is time to walk away.
It seems apparent she fell in love with a drunk,drug addict man and is lost and confused.
It is unlikly the bastard will walk away of his own accord. Because he would lose her presence and her money.
It would be very sad if we lost such a bright light.
