Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown Battle Over Custody

Bobby Brown claims in a lawsuit that Whitney Houston has keep him from seeing their teenage daughter.

“I have not seen or spoken to my daughter since early June and I have no prospect of speaking to her anytime soon due to Whitney’s actions,” Brown declared in Orange County Superior Court filings released last week.

Brown has been long trying to change the judge’s decision to get custody of 14-year-old Bobbi Kristina from Houston. During a court hearing in April, Houston said that Brown was unreliable and that she didn’t need any help supporting their daughter.

Brown claims that he has been a good father, as well as the primary caretaker of Bobbi when the couple lived in Atlanta.
