Britney Awarded Joint Custody of the Kids

Despite rumors that Britney would not get the children due to her use of drugs and alcohol, she will retain custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James together with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
Rumors circled around yesterday that Spears was actually seen using illegal drugs as well as consuming large amounts of alcohol in the presence of her children. These news became even more unbelievable, as it was said that this source (the person to see her do all these things) would testify against her in court.
The rumors were completely false. Britney’s new attorney, Mel Goldsman revealed that yesterday’s hearing affirmed Brit’s and Kevin’s joint custody agreement.
