Britney to be Charged

Britney it as it again and this time with the law as prosecutors charged her with misdemeanor counts of hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August.
If she is convicted, the pop tart could face up to 6 months in jail and at least $1,000 for each count, said Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the city attorney’s office.
The accident, which occurred on Aug. 6, was filmed by the paparazzi as Britney was trying to park her car. As she was steering she hit the vehicle next to her, only to walk away after examining her own car.
A few days later, the vehicle’s owner, Kim Robard-Rifkin, filed a police report, and investigators later determined that Spears does not have a license, officials said. She says that all she wants is her car fixed!
