A court commissioner has put the legal clamps on Britney Spears in a child custody dispute with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, noting she has not been in “substantial compliance” with a previous court order.

It seems as if Britney is not completely done with rehab. The pop tart may be going back to the Caribbean rehab facility where she spent an entire 24 hours back in March. You know, when she chopped off all her hair!

Britney Spears lost her children on Tuesday because she failed to produce a valid California driver’s license and missed a drug and alcohol test, her lawyer said in a published report.

“We weren’t able to prove compliance with what the judge ordered,”  said attorney Sorrell Trope.

Britney Spears turns the tables on the paparazzi by shooting them….well with her camcorder at least. Using her new camcorder, Britney filmed all of her paparazzi friends outside a Mexican restaurant.

Ms. Spears was outside Acapulco’s in Burbank yesterday having a blast with all the paparazzis. When asked  why she is doing this Britney replied by saying “You guys are beautiful!”

Since Britney Spears has been about her wild ways lately, her bodyguard has started talking smack every which way he can. He gave his comments to News of the World recently, talking to them about his previous client’s alleged drug abuse as well as he parenting skills.

Britney it as it again and this time with the law as prosecutors charged her with misdemeanor counts of hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August.

As if things weren’t worse enough for Britney, a judge is ordering her to seriously clean up her act. In order to even think about getting custody of her two children, Britney must take both drug and alcohol tests.

Despite rumors that Britney would not get the children due to her use of drugs and alcohol, she will retain custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James together with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Britney is now in a rut. Her manager quit on Monday, just hours after her lawyer also stopped representing her.

“It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears,” said her management company. “We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job. We wish Britney the best.”

Since Britney’s last disaster at the MTV Video Music Awards ( I appologize if I said it was good!), we all thought that this would be the end of her career. Well, it appears that Ms. Spears has done it again, and will actually do a repeat performance at the Emmys.
