Sean Stewart is Being Sued

The “Sons of Hollywood” star, as well as son of legendary singer/songwriter Rod Stewart, is being sued for assault. Sean is being sued by Daniel Refoua, who alleges that on Jan. 5, 2006, Stewart was part of a group that “attacked, assaulted, battered, punched, tortured and imprisoned” him, causing the victim to suffer major physical pain as well as emotional distress.
The civil suit has not been given a date yet, but Sean can rest assured that Refoua will go through with the law suit and that it will be a big one as well.
Sean made his T.V. debut on the reality series “Sons of Hollywood” alongside Randy Spelling, Aaron Spelling’s son, and David Weintraub.
