Ever since Tara Reid check out of Promises rehab center, she seemed to be doing a lot better, but still a little wobbly. Tara avoided a nasty spill this past weekend in Cannes when she descended a flight of stairs and lost her balance. Thankfully, two friends were at her side to make sure she doesn’t fall again.
