Isaac Hanson Hospitalized

I know it’s been a very long time since the brother trio Hanson has been on the music scene, but it seems as if they’re making headlines. Unfortunately, not in a good way.
The oldest member of the group, Isaac Hanson, was hospitalized Wednesday night after complaining of chest and shoulder pain following a performance the previous night.
Isaac, 26, was taken to Baylor University Medical Center on Tuesday night after a show at the House of Blues in Dallas. A nursing supervisor said Hanson was in stable condition Wednesday night.
Hanson was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism, which occurs when a blood clot in the extremities breaks away and travels to the lungs.
Hanson’s brother Taylor told the TV station that his brother was doing well.
“We appreciate thoughts and prayers that have been out there for him,” he said by phone from Tulsa, Okla., the band’s hometown. “We want the tour to go on, so you know we are working steadfastly to see how long he’s going to need to rest.”
