The rumors are true, confirmed by no less a source than her father: Jennifer Lopez is expecting twins.
And it isn’t even a Lopez family first.
“Yes, twins,” her dad David Lopez said in an interview on the Spanish-language show Escándalo TV, PEOPLE en Español reports. “The thing is in my family, my sister also had twins, so it’s a hereditary thing.”
Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony made an emotional visit to a Bronx elementary school just a few blocks from where J-Lo grew up.
“That was so … Oh my God, what did you do to me? Look at my makeup!” said a teary Lopez after hundreds of schoolchildren greeted the couple with cheers, broad smiles, flowers and artwork Tuesday.
Jennifer Lopez has recently admitted that if her looks would start to fade with age, she would be willing to go under the knife.
The latino bombshell told Britain’s BBC Radio 1: “You never know. I wouldn’t rule it out, no, and I don’t judge anybody who has had work done.”
J-Lo and hubby Marc Anthony are expecting a set of twins as early as this spring! A close source to the star revealed this little tidbit- J-Lo couldn’t be more excited.
