Larry Birkhead vs. Rita Cosby

Larry Birkhead is furious over Rita Cosby’s new book and is planning to sue. According to Birkhead, he is suing Cosby over her salacious new book and he plans to make it one of the biggest, if not THE biggest and most expensive, lawsuit settlements in book publishing.

Last night on “Larry King Live”, Birkhead told Harvey Levin that he plans to bring the hammer down on this “fictitious book” not only on Cosby, but her sources as well as Grand Central Publishing.

Birkhead told Levin: “It’s totally false and defamatory. She never once tried to contact me or Howard to see if any of these things were true.”
