Madonna Ditches her Label

Because she just doesn’t have enough money, Madonna has decided to leave her long-time record label, Warner Music, and go for something bigger, better, and of course more money!

The long-time pop star will be leaving Warner Music for the big promoter Live Nation in a huge $120 million deal, according to sources.

Warner couldn’t match Live Nation’s payday, said a source to the AP, and Madonna still owes Warner one studio album and a greatest hits disc before she can bail for her new musical home.

Her new deal could shake up the recording industry significantly, as it combines touring and recording royalties, which more artists are looking for.
