Nicole Richie’s completely changed her life around now that she’s a new mommy. She doesn’t drive on the wrong side of the freeway anymore with a toddler in tow. Instead, she’s spending some much deserved time with her daughter Harlow shopping for new outfits in NYC. The duo was photographed on Tuesday at a shop in NYC where Nicole picked up some cute outfits for Harlow.
